CrossCurrent
CrossCurrent is an eight-week, Christ-Centered teaching and healing prayer group for adults seeking hope in their sexuality and relationships. It focuses on the healing of abusive relational patterns, help for heterosexual promiscuity or other addictions (emotional dependency, pornography, etc.) and freedom from homosexuality.

This open group is ideal for faith seekers, nominal believers and Christians who desire to pursue healing in the area of sexuality. CrossCurrent provides a safe, confidential environment for men and women to share honestly in a small group setting. The group combines worship and teaching that center on God’s unfailing love. We examine the common deceptions involved in the sexual brokenness we all face and we encourage confession of sin, forgiveness and loving others in healthy ways.

This Focus Group also incorporates healing prayer in both the large and small group segment of each meeting. Desert Stream Ministries offers additional information on CrossCurrent.

  • This group is offered approximately once a year. Next start date to be announced. Call 763-971-5118 for more information.

Focus Groups Disclaimer
All participants acknowledge that they are receiving spiritual help and that more ongoing, pervasive difficulties need to be handled by referral to an outside resource. Focus Groups are not meant to be therapy or treatment and the leaders are not to be viewed as counselors.
