These options are for men who are looking for a smaller group setting. If you aren't currently in a season in life when you can commit to something as time-intensive as EXPONENTIAL2:2, but you want to connect with other men and take the next step in your journey, check out these groups.

Bedrock: Sunday Nights

Bedrock is a is four-year revolving curriculum. We meet at New Hope Church to focus on issues specifically relevant to men (manhood, husband and father roles, workplace excellence, family mission and fundamentals of discipleship).

Fall 2012 Course: Raising a Modern Day Knight
This course, will focus on the crucial issues of manhood and the effective discipleship of sons. In a culture and age where "extended adolescence" and male spiritual immaturity are approaching epidemic levels, it is crucial that fathers understand how to raise their boys to be Christ-centered men of strength, honor, integrity and spiritual vigor.

Location: Sandberg Chapel, New Hope Church
Cost: $20 for a Men’s Fraternity notebook and materials
Time: Welcome/ Video from 6:45-7:55 p.m. and small groups from 7:55-8:35 p.m.

GV Fellowship: Tuesday Mornings

In partnership with our friends from The Navigator's; the GV Fellowship is a group of men from New Hope Church, Oak Grove Church, Bethlehem Baptist, Wooddale Church, Calvary Lutheran Church and Church of the Open Door who want to study, discuss and pray together about the issues that really matter to men.  They host Guest Speakers monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and Bible study on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday’s of the month. This workplace-flavored group of men meets at the Golden Valley Country Club. 

The Woodshed: Saturday Mornings

"The Woodshed" is a group of New Hope Church guys who meet on Saturday mornings at Woody's Grill in Plymouth for great food and substantive study and conversation. This spring we begin tackling the 3-book series,"Every Man A Warrior." Confront the issues that hinder you in your spiritual journey and develop practical tools and skills to grow in your faith.

Spring 2012 Course: Every Man A Warrior • Begins Saturday, March 3 • 8:00-10:30 a.m. (breakfast: 8:00-8:45 a.m.)
Every Man A Warrior is relevant! It recounts the stories of real men dealing with real-life struggles and how God has solutions. This study will equip men to succeed in the most significant issues of their lives.

Leader: Joe Komarek
Location: Woody's Grill in Plymouth (Fwy 494 & Carlson Parkway)
Cost: $16 for Book 1 and Verse Pack or $28 for Books 1, 2, and 3 and Verse Pack.
