MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers
You take care of your kids…we help take care of you! Caring for your preschoolers offers the unique combination of wonderful fulfillment and utter frustration. In this challenging period of life you might feel inadequate, isolated, lonely or just totally exhausted. You don’t have to struggle through the challenges alone!

Support NHC MOPS by participating in our 5K Fun Run/Walk on April 24, 2010 at Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove, MN. Register by April 1st

100% of the proceeds of this race will go to support MOPS, where “Better Moms Make a Better World.”

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is for women (with children ages birth through kindergarten) who desire fellowship, encouragement and friendship with other moms. We meet on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month (September-April) at 9:15-11:15 a.m.

Meetings include refreshments and speakers who present topics of interest to you as women and mothers. There is also small group discussion and time to complete a craft to take home. MOPS may be just the encouragement you need.

MOPPETS
MOPPETS is the MOPS children’s program, designed especially for preschoolers to enjoy during the MOPS meeting. Your children are well cared for by our MOPPET leaders and volunteers.
