Equipped for Service
: God has gifted me as a servant-leader to facilitate effective ministry in and through others. Most importantly, I have the call of God on my life for this role. He has provided me with the passion, spiritual/natural giftedness, personality and a propensity for hard work which are all essential in the role I play. I see this position not just as a job, but a ministry for which I am accountable to the Lord.
